Valley Health Plan (VHP) was licensed in 1985 to provide a choice for County of Santa Clara employees. We are now a health plan of choice for In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) workers, and employees of Santa Clara County, Valley Transportation Authority, Valley Medical Center Foundation, South Bascom Pediatrics, Inc., and the Council on Aging.
