Functional Fitness
Functional FitnessThis exercise class will help you build strong legs, improve balance and prevent injuries and falls. Exercises such as squats, lunges, step-ups and jumps will emphasize leg strength and balance. Stretches for the arms and legs will increase flexibility. Core exercises will improve abdominal and back strength.
