Each 60-minute class combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age and fitness level. Increase muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance using easy-to-follow movements.
Jazzercise® is choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. The choreography includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights and a stretch finale.
A fun way to fitness!
- Must be 13 years or older.
- For participants under 18, a parent must sign a waiver.
Registration with the VHP Health Education Department is not required for this class.
