T'ai Chi Chih - Seated

Seated Tai Chi ChihTai Chi Chih is a non-aerobic workout with the mental and physical benefits of meditation. Tai Chi Chih uses graceful repetitive movements to promote stress reduction, postural balance and relaxation. These seated movements can be done comfortably in office attire or casual clothes. This class is open to anyone who cannot do standing Tai Chi Chih safely.
