Total Body Fitness
This is a geared toward all fitness levels. Designed to strengthen your whole body. This class no only tones your muscle but also gives you a great cardio workout by using a combination of techniques including:
  • Step Aerobics
  • Hand Weights
  • Latex Strengthening Bands
  • Floor Exercises
