
There are many benefits of working out in a warm-water pool, including increased blood flow and flexibility. People of all ages and abilities can achieve fitness goals with low resistance water exercise. VHP water memberships are required for open swim times and the following classes:
Water Cardio
Water Core
Latin Water Dancing
Water Zum-Core-Dio
Memberships and classes are based on first come, first served basis.
