Health Education Classes

Valley Health Plan offer Members FREE classes that can help you feel healthier and can improve your lifestyle!  Browse through our class descriptions to find a class that interests you and get started on your path to wellness!

Here’s how…

1. Select a class from the online class schedule
2. Pre-register for the class online or by calling 408.885.3490.
3. Wait for a confirmation from a Health Education Team Member.
4. Attend the class with your VHP ID card and complete any paperwork needed.
5. Complete and turn in an evaluation for the class, as requested.
