
Choose to live well and take charge of your health. If you are living with ongoing health problems with your back, joints, heart, weight, blood sugar, and/or blood pressure, join us to learn how to:
- Talk openly with your doctor about your health and well-being;
- Work through anger, depression or sadness caused by your health condition; and
- Exercise safely for any skill level or health status.
This free 6-week workshop is designed to give you the skills and knowledge that will help you to live well with ongoing health conditions. Classes are lead by certified coaches who will guide you through support, exercise and action planning.
