Asthma Program
Join us for a fantastic experience at the Asthma Summer Camp, brought to you by Valley Health Plan in partnership with BREATHE CA of the Bay Area! From July 28 to August 1, 2025, we'll host a fun-filled week at the Mayfair Community Center in San Jose, designed for VHP members aged 6-12 who have asthma.
What can you expect at camp?
- Asthma education to help kids build confidence and learn how to manage their condition and be active.
- Activities like arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, field trips, and so much more!
Spaces are limited and it's first come, first served. Camp is offered in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
