Do you or your children have asthma, diabetes, or allergies?

If so, you may qualify for up to $600 in grant funds deposited directly to you. If you or your children have a prescription for asthma inhalers, insulin, EpiPens, or any diabetic medication and you live in Santa Clara County, then you may qualify. 

Even if you did not pay out-of-pocket for your prescriptions and you have health insurance, you may apply. Middle-income residents may also be eligible.

The MedAssist program is sponsored by the County of Santa Clara and the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC). The program provides cash grants to eligible adults or parents of children with valid prescriptions for asthma inhalers, insulin, or EpiPens.
