This course utilizes exercises that are grouped into sets called “circuits” which are completed with little to no rest between each exercise. The course aims to improve all five components of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
Note: To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
