New to Exercise? Or do you need a space to focus on your Balance and Strength through low impact? This is a strength & balance class with many modifications for beginners and challenges for all. We encourage ALL ages especially if you're recovering from an injury or the daily challenges of aging. Our focus will be having FUN while paying special attention to core strength, posture, and balance. We'll also do some patterned movements for brain training and memory. The class will offer modifications for every level of fitness. Join the fun and be the strongest YOU you've been seeking!
