Yoga - Strength & Flexibility Training

This class is designed to help improve overall body strength and flexibility. This is a total body improvement program that will start with a warm-up stretch, short low-impact aerobic segment, total body strength training segment, and a flexibility training segment.

  • Class participants are limited to VHP Commercial Members only.
  •  A Waiver of Liability form must be signed to participate in any exercise or fitness class.
  • Registration is required as classes will be held in quarterly sessions.  Each session will have twelve 1 hour classes, held on a weekly basis.

Note:  Some class locations may be subject to maximum # of participants due to room size restrictions, this will be determined prior to VHP accepting participant registrations.
