Join our Pilates class!
Pilates is a type of low-impact exercise that focuses on your core muscles and is designed to strengthen and tone your muscles while also improving flexibility and posture. Designed to benefit the whole body with a focus on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, and core strength. Plenty of modifications are provided for those new to Pilates. All fitness levels are welcome. Use of a mat is recommended.
