Seated Fitness Class

This seated low impact class is designed to help the participant increase range of motion and muscle strength with some moderate intensity aerobics.  Class can be completed with various at home free weight options or focus on functional movements without weights. 

Note: To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
