An inflexible body can lead to an inflexible mind. Using a combination of flexibility exercises and meditative techniques, this class will help to increase total body flexibility, reduce stress, and aid in mental focus.
Note: To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
