This class is designed to strengthen your whole body and burn calories. Not only will it help to tone your muscles, but it also gives you a great cardio workout by using a combination of weights and bodyweight exercises. Classes include various formats such as Sports Conditioning, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength Training, Dynamic Stretching, and Plyometrics.
Examples of exercises you will see in the classes are planks, push-ups, glute work, squats, lunges, exercises with dumbbells, and various core exercises. Modifications are offered to allow people of all fitness levels to participate. You will need a set of dumbbells or other weighted objects (soup cans, water bottles, books, etc.). Use of a mat is also recommended.
Note: To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
