Gentle Yoga with Meditation

Experience the mind/body connection through a series of postures, opening up different joint complexes, lengthening the nerves and muscles in a continuous flow while finding your own pace and breath.  A portion of the class is allotted to a guided meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety and promote emotional well-being. Use of a mat is recommended. The use of pillows, bolsters, and, yoga blocks can also be helpful, but not necessary.

Note: To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
