Pay Your Monthly Health Coverage Bill

On March 1, 2023, VHP went live with a new IT system.  Our recent system transformation has resulted in an isolated number of members experiencing issues with their premium payments. Due to this known issue, VHP would like to affirm that members in this situation will continue to have their healthcare coverage with VHP. We apologize for any inconvenience and strive to make this transition as smooth as possible.

If you are a member who is currently enrolled in auto-pay, you may have experienced a delay with your premium being withdrawn and the transaction should have occurred on 5/9/2023.

Paying on time ensures your coverage begins as quickly as possible and stays active throughout the year.

Now there are more ways than ever to pay your premium.

Online with free Auto Pay or Quick Pay using a credit card, debit card, or echeck.

  1. AutoPay lets you set up an automatic monthly payment using a debit or credit card so you never have to worry about missing or being late with a payment again.
  2. Quick Pay lets you make a one-time payment to be withdrawn on the next business day by setting up a profile with a User ID and password or making a payment as a visitor.
