Pay Your Monthly Health Coverage Bill
On March 1, 2023, VHP went live with a new IT system and you were sent a new VHP member ID card that includes a new member identification number. Please use this new member ID card and new member identification number when requesting healthcare services from providers and when paying your premiums.
If you are a member who is currently enrolled in auto-pay, you will not need to re-enroll in auto-pay for recurring payments. Some members may find that they are periodically not be able to access their E-Bill Express profile or accounts starting on and after March 1, 2023, which will be due to enhancements being implemented through this go-live transition period. If you are currently experiencing an inability to access your profile or account, please attempt to log-in to E-Bill Express again on Monday, March 20, 2023.
Due to this known E-Bill Express access issue, VHP understands that some premium payments may be delayed due to a members inability to submit a payment through the system and would like to affirm that members in this situation will not have their healthcare coverage with VHP terminated for non-payment for the month of April. Once the system is open and ready to accept payments through E-Bill Express, members will still be expected to make their April premium payment to continue to receive healthcare services through VHP.
We apologize for any inconvenience and strive to make this transition as smooth as possible.
