Mid-day Meditation In-Person

Reset your day with a short guided Mid-day Meditation class.  This class will introduce different meditation practices, ending with a complete silent meditation.  Create inner space and peace of mind during your lunch break. This is only a 30-minute class that starts after the Restorative Stretch class and is suitable for all levels. To get the best results, it is encouraged that you partake in both half hour classes.

Note:
To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
