Health plan - Transparency and coverage
In November 2020, the Departments of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Treasury issued final regulations to implement an Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirement intended to provide greater price transparency for group health plan participants and beneficiaries.
