Restorative Stretch is suitable for all levels. This class will focus on stretching out our body to improve circulation, mobility and also to relieve tension accumulated in our muscles through restorative yoga poses with active and assisted stretching techniques. This is only a 30 minute class that is followed by the Midday Meditation class. In order to get the best results, it is encouraged that you partake in both half hour classes.
To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
