Sports Conditioning

This class will focus on head-to-toe strength training.  Class incorporates weights, body resistance, and lateral movements. Expect a great cardio workout by using a combination of weights and bodyweight exercises. You will need a set of dumbbells or other weighted objects (soup cans, water bottles, books, etc.).
