Total Body Conditioning In-Person

This class is designed to strengthen your whole body and burn calories. Not only will it help to tone your muscles, but it also gives you a great cardio workout by using a combination of weights and bodyweight exercises. Classes include various formats such as Sports Conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength Training, Dynamic Stretching, and Plyometrics. Examples of exercises you will see in the classes are: planks, push-ups, glute work, squats, lunges, exercises with dumbbells, and various core exercises. Modifications are offered to allow people of all fitness levels to participate.

Note:
To participate in an in-person class, participants must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
