*Who can join?  Virta is available to members and eligible dependents ages 18+ who are enrolled in a qualifying health plan through VHP.  This benefit is currently offered to those with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes, though certain medical conditions may exclude some patients from Virta treatment.  Start the application now to find out if you qualify.
