Valley Health Plan has carefully selected its provider networks to fit our members’ needs.

The network you can use depends on the plan you choose. 

Your choice of a Primary Care Provider (PCP) determines which network of specialists will be available to you. You can change your PCP at any time, and the change will take effect on the first day of the following month. Use our Provider Search to view the doctors available in each plan.

*For acupuncture and chiropractic services, there is a $10/visit co-pay when referred by your Primary Care Physician. There is a $1000 maximum benefit for hearing aids.
