Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)
Prediabetes can often be reversed if it’s caught early by making healthy lifestyle changes. If you have prediabetes, one great way to learn how to make healthy changes is by joining the Diabetes Prevention Program lifestyle change program at YMCA.
VHP has partnered with YMCA to provide the Diabetes Prevention Program. You’ll learn how to make small changes to your diet, increase your physical activity, and lower your stress to help prevent type 2 diabetes and improve your overall health. YMCA will also provide a 4-month membership at no cost to you.
