Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) is now available for our VHP Network Providers. This means that you can submit prior authorization requests for prescriptions electronically.
To get started, please use one of our electronic prior authorization (ePA) vendors, Surescripts (Surescripts Prior Auth Portal) or Cover My Meds.
You also have the option to complete and fax the California Prescription Drug Prior Authorization Request Form Prescription-Drug-Prior-Authorization-Request-Form.pdf (valleyhealthplan.org) to Navitus at 1-855-878-9210.
If you have any questions, please contact VHP Provider Relations at 408-885-2221 or email: [email protected].
