VHP has a new online member portal, VHP Connect. With VHP Connect, you can view your health coverage details, access claims, communicate with member services, and pay your premiums. You can start using VHP Connect online now at www.vhpconnect.org. If you have questions or need help, please contact Member Services by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1.888.421.8444.

Contact Guidelines:

1. Contact Covered California at 1.800.300.1506 or visit CoveredCA.com to:

• Update your address and contact information

• Report any changes to your income

• Update information such as citizenship and proof of residency

• Make changes to your health coverage

• Ask questions about financial assistance

• Cancel your coverage

• Request a copy of your health insurance related tax documents from the IRS, and when applicable, the state of California

2. Contact VHP at 1.888.421.8444 or visit www.valleyhealthplan.org to:

• Make a payment or ask a question about billing and payments

• Request a new membership ID card

• Learn more about benefits and eligibility

• Get help finding doctors or other providers

• Find out how claims for services
