New Payment Methods for VHP Members – Sign Up Today!
In May 2024, Valley Health Plan (VHP) transitioned to Chase Bank, which means the online payment platform and mailing addresses for VHP member payments have changed.
Set Up Online Payments
- VHP members can now make their payments online via the Chase InstaMed portal here: https://pay.instamed.com/Form/Payments/New?id=VHP.
- The former payment portal E-Bill Express is no longer available. Members who prefer automatic payments will need to sign up with InstaMed.
An email address and the members’ Premium Billing Account ID# are required to sign up. The Premium Billing Account ID# can be found on any past billing statement or through the VHP Connect member portal at: www.vhpconnect.org. Your Premium Billing Account ID# will start with the letter “I” (for invoice) followed by your full Premium Billing Account ID# as shown below.
- Set up automatic payments by the 23rd of the month to avoid potential late payments.

Members paying by check or money order, can make checks payable to “Valley Health Plan” and mail them to one of the addresses below.
