Valley Health Plan Passes NCQA HEDIS® Compliance Audit™

Valley Health Plan (VHP) is proud to announce its successful completion of the NCQA HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) Audit.  Passing this assessment demonstrates that VHP meets strict quality standards when providing healthcare coverage and services to members.

HEDIS is the measurement tool used by the nation’s health plans to evaluate their performance in terms of clinical quality and customer service.  Through the audit, several areas were reviewed including preventive services, chronic disease management, member satisfaction, and access to care.
