You're Getting a New VHP ID Card.

Look for a new VHP Member ID card in the mail soon. On this new ID card, you will receive a new member ID number that is unique to you, and it will be used for your health care and pharmacy visits starting March 1st. Your ID card also includes phone numbers and info on the back that you can refer to when you need help or have questions.

Please watch for your new ID card in the mail, and bring it with you when you visit your doctor or the pharmacy. Your new ID card will not change your health plan coverage or your benefits. Please note: each VHP member in your household will get a new ID card.
